Price: £10.90
Where to buy: Kiko cosmetic stores or online

Hi there beautiful readers (if there is still any left on this blog). I have not blog for nearly over 2 years now. A lot has changed then. My life has changed about as well. The reason why I have stop blogging as much is because I guess life got a bit busy and I am socialising more which is great but I also feel that I am not as into make up as before? Or more I lazy cropping inside me in terms of blogging. But now I am back to blog some more now. So I am obsessed it lipstick for ages. I have a whole draw full of lipstick. I want to find the best lipstick and there are a few points as to what I class as a good lipstick. One is moisturising. My lips get chapped really easily so I need lipstick that are moisturizing. Second is long lasting. I always eat and I get lazy applying lipstick so my face looks really pale and ill without any colour on my lips and third is vibrant colours. Some lipstick colours don't really show or have nice colours. So I think I have found my favourite lipstick ever!

I found Kiko cosmetics in Amsterdam and they had a sale on. I went crazy and bought a lot of their products. They have many lipstick products but this Creamy lipstick has a really cute packaging here you click the button at the top and the lid comes off. It is:

  • moisturising
  • long lasting
  • great range of colours to choose from
  • reasonable drugstore price
Definitely my favourite lipstick! The colours fades a little throughout the day but you can still see it even after eating!

I will review their other lipstick but I am in love with this one.

Name: Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick
Shade: 02 Frambourjoise
Price: £8.99
 Where to buy: Boots/Superdrug
I have been a huge lipstick fan! I'm always trying to find long lasting lipstick because I can never be bothered with touching up. My sister got this lipstick for me since it was 3 for 2 in Superdrug (or something like that). She thought it was a proper lipstick first but it turns out to be in a lipgloss package. The whole concept and packaging reminds me of the YSL lipstick. So this is another brand which has tried to copy the latest trend/bestseller of another high store product.
The smell is disgusting. I can't even describe what it is but I really don't like it. This is really easy to apply on unlike normal lipstick and it also gives a matte finish rather than a glossy finish (compare to YSL).

I am surprised to say that I really like this lipstick. This lipstick has a lot of pigment and it is also very long lasting. I put one coat on, let it dry, then I put on a second coat and the colour lasts for about 9-12 hours.

I definitely recommend this product for people who feels YSL Lipstick is a bit too expensive but want to try a similar product to it. This also comes in different shades as well. Sorry about the photos, I don't think it gives a true reflection of this lipstick.

Name: YSL Rouge Pur Couture Vernis à Lèvres Glossy Stain
Shade:  08 Orange de Chine
Price: £25
 Where to buy: Boots/Debenham

Originally, I actually wanted to get the baby doll lipstain as I saw the product from Pony's Beauty Diary. I really liked the orange shade of colour. I went to the YSL counter and they recommended me this Glossy Stain as they said it was their bestseller and it was long lasting as well. I bought two of these and I have got to say that I really like this product. It is very long lasting.

I don't think my photo above does this product justice but as I said it makes my lips really soft and not sticky and the colour is really nice as well. This is really easy to apply on as well in comparison to a lipstick. There is a wide range of shades to choose from.

Apply one coat, let it dry and then put a second coat on to make the lip colour last longer. I got this on a discount but this product is really expensive! I think it is the most expensive lipstick I have ever bought so far. I guess you pay for what you get. Apart from the price, I can't really think of a disadvantage in this product. I guess if you use this product often, it runs out pretty quickly.

Name: Palty Hair Dye
Colour: Milk Tea Brown
Price: £12

I wanted a change with my hair colour so I decided to get the Palty Hair Dye. I have used the Palty Bubble Hair dye before. I liked the colour that it turned out to be but there was so little in the product that it was best to use two boxes instead of one. This time I bought the regular Palty Hair Dye in Milk Tea Brown. Palty has more ranges of light colours to choose from compared to Liese.

My hair is brown (the second picture on the box) so my hair should turn out to be a lighter brown.

The box comes with the usual hair dye where you empty container 1 into container 2. This product comes with a brushfor easy application. There is also a cream to put after you wash and dry your hair to make your hair softer. I don't think the comb really helped that much. You had to really squeeze the dye out to apply it to your hair. You are suppose to leave this product on for 20 minutes but I think I left it on a bit longer so the colour will show better. One box was not enough for my hair. I needed two boxes.

Before (I dyed my hair colour with Liese Milk Tea Brown in June):

The colour is actually quite similar to the box from the photo. However, in real life it is not as light as that especially in dim lighting. I was annoyed as I felt some part of my hair was not dyed properly and there were some patches that was a bit dark and some light. I think if I had two boxes, it would have been perfect.

- the colour really showed
- my hair felt really soft after using it
- it doesn't smell too bad
- one box was not enough
- difficult to apply to hair with the comb
- a bit pricey

I am very happy with the hair colour that came out. What I am annoyed about generally with hair dye is when I dye it but it doesn't look like I have dyed my hair but with this one, the colours really showed. However, I was disappointed that one box was not enough to cover my hair and I felt there was certain parts of my hair not dyed properly. My hair smelt nice and it felt soft and shiny after dying it.

Name: Laneige Silk Intense Lipstick - LR104 Pink Garden
Price: £18
 Where to buy: Ebay

I decided to try this lipstick since it has been quite hyped up by Laneige at some point in time. I wanted to get a natural lip colour for everyday use. I have watched the drama "That Winter the Wind Blows" and I liked the colour that Song Hye Kyo was wearing so I got the Pink Garden. This product is quite dear. The packaging is very unique and pretty.

This lipstick is very moisturising. The colour is also pigmented but what I don't like about this lipstick is that it had too much glitter. This makes my lipsticks look soft so it reminds me of revlon lip butter. This isn't long lasting either.
This lipstick is quite over-hyped. I will not recommend to buy this product again because of the cost of it and there are many drugstore lipstick that has the same function but less pricey.
